I’d choose any day a backlink from a web site using a reduced DR but significant relevancy to my concentrate on Web page. If a website page has backlinks from internet pages using a large authority — like Google, Wikipedia, governmental web pages, renowned newspapers or Journals — it will have a better probability of getting a better rating.
